Q: Who owns Interstate Mufflers Company

The SIPE family owns and operates Interstate Mufflers Company and is active in the daily operations.

Measurements. Although many products are designed for multiple vehicles. Your vehicle’s exhaust system is sized from the manufacture. In many instances those systems have been altered by the owner or installer or prior owner so be sure to take proper measurements for true fitment.

Q: What are Interstate Mufflers made of ?

Our Route series (Hot Rod and muscle car performance, old school exhaust) are made of aluminized steel. Our XPseries (XtremePower Chambers) are aluminized steel and XPseries oval chambered are aluminized steel with ceramic coating. Our PXPseries (ProlineXtreme Performance) are stainless steel. ProlineXtreme Truck are aluminized steel and some are stainless steel. Please see detailed description for each product when placing orders.

That depends on the level or amount of performance and sound you prefer. Aggressive, very aggressive or exotic tone and is it for highway and street or off road and race performance. Our experienced professionals can help you with the right choice. Just ask !

Q: Can I return your product.

Yes, within 15 days providing it is undamaged or defective and unused. If you simply do not want it and it has not been installed and it is in original unused condition or you ordered the wrong fitment restocking and shipping fees may occur. If it has been damaged in shipping you must file a damage claim with the carrier for the cost of recovery. If it has been installed a request in writing with a full explanation may be requested. At the discretion of Interstate Mufflers Company a refund may be considered.Items sent to us for return or exchange must be accompanied by a (RMA) RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM. Fill out the brief form and a authorization number will be generated and emailed to you.
